Christmas Eve

Trying to get all 3 girls to look at the camera at the same time for some nice Christmas pictures just wasn't happening=) Usually one is looking the other way and then Lauren's new way of smiling is just scrunching up her nose and her eyes!! Oh well, they still are cute and it will always be a good memory of each of their personalities.

Ali and Lauren

I found a picture of Ali in the same dress at Christmas time. Lauren is a little bit older than Ali in these pictures but I just love comparing pictures when the girls have the same outfit on=)

Christmas Parties

Ali's 1st grade Christmas Program

Ali's Christmas Program was at Westwood Church on Thursday night with all the 1st grade classes at Campbell. It was sooooo cute! It started out with a slideshow of pictures of all the kids since the beginning of the year. The kids then did a wonderful job of remembering all the songs especially the song that was done in sign language=) The teachers spend so much time with these kids and they do an absolute fantastic job!!!

Quality Family Time during the Holidays

Nothing better than spending Thanksgiving with my parents and then two weekends later at Missy and Allen's baking cookies with them, Holly and Mike's mom. The girls always look forward to anytime spent with the grandparents and their aunts and uncles=)

Thanksgiving Reader's Theatre

Ali's 1st grade class performed a Thanksgiving Reader's Theatre this week and it was so awesome! The entire class did such a great job and it was sooooo cute! Ali played the grandma, which was one of the lead parts with the most reading and we were so proud! She still was pretty shy about getting up in front of an audience of parents but she really pulled it off and did a great job=) In addition to her reader's theatre this week, we went to conferences and Ali has done really well this first quarter of the school year. She is in the highest reading and math groups in her class and overall is just a very well rounded student in every subject area! Ali also had the most SMORES awards in all the first grade classes in the last month so she and other students from other grade levels were given a nice lunch from Texas Roadhouse on Friday. Gotta brag a little.....so proud of Ali!!
