The 2012-13 school year has begun!! Ali has Ms. Hall for 2nd grade and Kate has Mrs. Elliston for full day Kindergarten this year. The girls are happy to be back at school and so are mom and dad=)
Well, we have gone to two football games already before school has started so summer is officially over! Here are just a few last pictures from this last month including soccer camp that was back in July. Took advantage of our season passes for Michigan Adventure and we will continue to use them until they close in October. Ali ran her first 5K with me a few weeks ago in Roosevelt Park. She finished in 31:02 and 2nd place in her age group of 0-9 years. Two of her friends, twins Brady and Colton, finished right behind her=) We were so proud of her, never stopped once and kept up with mom the entire way. In fact, mom had to keep up with her a few times!! The girls are ready for school to start, we met teachers this last week. Plus with football starting and Mona Shores starting the season 2-0, we are off to a great start for the school year!
