Easter

Katie 5 years old

Katie is 5, Katie is 5, KATIE IS REALLY 5!! I keep having to say that over and over again because I cannot believe it. To think that she is going to start all day kindergarten in the fall is just crazy. She is definitely ready and is going to love it but not sure if mom is ready yet to have her go to school all day! Katie, without a doubt, is a very strong willed little girl. She has truly made me understand what being a parent is all about, good and bad=) She is also a princess in every definition of the word. She has a contagious smile that lights up the room and has a heart of gold. I cannot imagine my life without her and am so blessed to be her mom!

Spring

With all the beautiful weather we have had, we have been trying to get outside as much as possible. The weather was fantastic for a few weeks and we made it outside each of those days. Shorts and tanks in March.....crazy!! I made the best decision to stop coaching track because I now get to be home after school and spend it with the girls and Mike of course=) Really looking forward to summer, school is winding down...yeah!

Ali's Basketball Tournament

Ali had a basketball tournament a few weekends ago and her team ended up in 2nd place! They played great and they lost in the final game against one of her good friends, Chloe's team. Mike really loved being able to coach her in a game he loves to play himself=) The way it sounds, there is more basketball this summer. We will add that to our already crazy list of activities for the summer=)
